TB Rear Shock, HD, Adjustable Rebound – KLX140 all Models
TBparts Heavy Duty rear shock for the Kawasaki KLX140R! We worked with DNM to make a replacement, drop in place, heavy duty rear shock for the Kawasaki KLX140R. First our shock uses a heavy duty 450# spring. This is approximately 100lbs heavier than OEM reducing sag and giving you much more support so you can push your bike harder and farther! Next is the adjustable rebound allowing you to dial the shock in to your exact preferences and needs with just a few clicks. Additionally, the stroke of this shock is also longer (At least 14mm from what we measured) giving you more travel at the rear wheel! This shock also fits the L & G model, we feel it preforms at least as well for less than the original $350 shock. This is the ALL NEW GREAT VALUE KLX140 shock!
Key Features & Specifications:
- 450# spring great for adults
-
- Adjustable rebound
-
- 405mm eye to eye
-
- 100mm stroke (our OEM KLX140L shock measured 86mm)
-
- Includes new bushings
-
- Slick black appearance
-
- Direct bolt on, no modifications needed on any model.
-
- Huge Value at $199!

Installation Note – Please inspect your OEM shock bolts, linkage bolts, and bushings bearings. If they are worn or bent your suspension will not function properly and it will cause excessive wear. Also be sure all linkage bolts stay torqued to spec. These are common issues we see that can easily be avoided, they ensure a smooth feel and long life out of your rear shock.
