TBparts NEW forged V2 piston 143cc big bore kit. If you already have our V2 Race Head and need a new FORGED PISTON 143cc bore kit, this is the one you want! It comes with our all new high compression FORGED piston kit for our TBparts V2 Kawasaki cylinder head (They also work with the V1 and V1 style race heads). The all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). This new cylinder along with a complete head gasket kit and domed piston set this kit apart from other similarly priced 143 kits on the market. Affordable and will make your Z125 or KLX110 a lot more fun to ride!  High quality parts and requires no machining to the cases or other modifications – bolt on and go!

  • Super high quality, Forged, high compression 11.2:1 domed 60mm piston, with rings, pin, & clips (for our V2 Race Head only) 155cc setup is 12:1 pump 91+ octane gas friendly.
  • Ceramic coated all aluminum cylinder (no steel sleeve)
  • Head gasket kit – Now includes the cylinder head o-ring set and an exhaust gasket
    • There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. We also have a link on our website in the INFO section under KLX110 where you can download the KLX110 shop manual. The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts.  For the Z125, an aftermarket fuel controller is required and possibly an autotune will be needed to prevent a lean condition and damage to your engine.
